The main objective of the study was to identify factors, forms and manifestations of corruption in the organizational environment and the role of ethical climate, values and attitudes for preventing corruption in it. The key hypotheses are four and are set five tasks to prove them. The theoretic-empirical model for the study of values and attitudes for the prevention of corruption in the organizational environment is developed . The deterministic role of socio-demographic factors regarding corrupt behavior in organizational environment is clarified. The established differences according to type of organization (public, private and non-governmental) in the types of ethical climate and the manifestation of corrupt behavior make it possible to be offer effective mechanisms and approaches for preventing and fighting corruption in line with the specifics of the organization and its culture. The influence of individual values on the factors, forms and manifestations of corruption in the organizational environment is revealed . Empirically is proven, that anti-corruption attitudes limited corrupt practices and potential willingness of individuals to enter into corrupt relations. The influence of the types of ethical climate on the various factors, forms and manifestations of corruption in the organizational environment and on the choice of approaches to preventing corruption in the organizational environment is established. Based on the data the need to implement a comprehensive organizational approach for the prevention of corruption, including recruitment and training of staff, clear distribution of functions and increased control of their implementation is grounded.
