Written from the perspective of a college professor with thirty years experience, this book good-naturedly shares with students the way many faculty expect students to behave in a variety of situations. Advice ranges from classroom courtesies to surviving difficult roommates to many other topics unique to the campus environment. Etiquette is learning to live successfully in community, and this book describes common requirements of the college community. Among the requirements, for example, are the basic social skills of taking meals. Table manners are discussed in an entertaining way.
