Резюме: Achievement of competences, needed for integration in society, is a main priority in education of the young generation. The Synergetic educational paradigm plays an essential role in education process to achieving in maximum degree of key and transversal competences. The longitude study aims to: Identify the impact of personal oriented education (POE) on the achievement of the competences of the ERF; Development and verification of a synergistic model (complex of aspects, approaches, methods, techniques and forms) of the POE used as a tool for the development of transversal competences; Developing an integrated model for the influence of factors- activity of pupils in the educational process, gender, ethnicity, family environment, specificity of subjects on competences. The survey was conducted during 2014-2017 in the "St. Climent Ohridski" school, Haskovo with three groups of pupils, in three disciplines-Bulgarian language literature, Mathematics and Western language. The success (56.03%) and pupils' participation in the learning process (39.77%) impact on the highest degree competences achievement. Factors such as gender, family environment, ethnicity, specificity of the educated disciplines also influence on competences. Pupils, actively involved in the learning process, participating in “out of class” and extracurricular activities, achieved in a higher degree (80.72%) competences, compared to those not actively involved (46, 70% P < 0,001). Pupils adopt with interest interactive methods and forms and average 77.38% of parents support these methods, that put pupils in active position, self-thinking, and encourage participation in extracurricular and non-curricular forms to achieve competences in a higher degree.
