The dissertation includes a 160-page biological research, which cites 428 authors in total. Our study aims to assess soil pollution and its effects on model crops in Elbasan area, through microbiological, physico-chemical analysis of soil and analysis of heavy metals present in these soils. For the realization of the study we have determined five stations and for each of them, soil samples were taken at depth of 13-30 cm. The measurement of chemical parametres and heavy metals has been according to ISO indicators, spectrophotometry method, FAAS method. The dissertation was developed through the following phases: Bibliographic search - Extraction of the samples in the areas for the study - Preparation of laboratory samples - Laboratory analysis of samples - Evaluation of the results. The objective of this study is to estabilish the composition and content of heavy metals and certain microorganisms and their degree of contamination on soil and crops in the region of Elbasan. |
