The dissertation examines a specific ceramic group, decorated in the so-called "West slope" style, which was common during the Hellenistic age in the eastern Mediterranean. The paper analyzes the finds found on the territory of modern Bulgaria. The main text of the dissertation is organized in three parts, containing typological analysis of the vessels, stylistic analysis of the decoration and analysis of the distribution of the ceramic category in Bulgaria. Conclusions were drawn on the distribution of the ceramic category in the studied area and notes were made on the dating of the individual groups and subgroups. The pottery assemblage in the different periods of the Hellenistic age follows the trends in the import patterns, typical for the whole Black Sea coast, which in turn follow the general changes in the production and trade relations in the Eastern Mediterranean as a whole. In the different contexts, different patterns in the repertoire of the vessels are observed and the picture of the distribution is dynamic.
