I apply new metologhical method which is in the center of the changed educational model who shifts the focus of attention from the teacher to the educational needs of the students. The point is, by that change, the students to achieve themselves modern solutions of their educational expectations and to get adequate schooling for their future professional realization, career and personal development. That's why the final results in the end of the education get new point and meaning. Occurs the need of clarification of the embedded in it content, which points the attention on the student's specific achievements and not on the teacher's intentions. We are talking about a general civilizational crisis in the base of which is human's crisis: its spirituality, values, knowledge, thinking. The postindustrial society is typical with increasing of the intellectual work and necessity of increasing spirituality. The problem for orientation of the education to self-education and self-regulation is being updated in the system of education in modern conditions. These are processes which are expressed in human's ability to build the strategy of his own life under the bologna's requirements. The main role of my educational activity is to help the students to discover the human's world and the people's place in it, to raise the spirituality and the morality. I create such educational environment that is developing thinking, harmonization of the interpersonal relationships, and creative abilities. The future specialist must be in line with the changing circumstances and the educational activity will help for its self- organization and growing.
