Physical activity is a factor of particular importance for people with intellectual disabilities. Practicing swimming and aquatic exercises contribute significantly to accelerating the integration process, and recreational and provoke to perception and expression testing of motor skills. The search for alternatives for more efficient operation of swimming training on the agenda the issue of preparing tailored training program for people with intellectual disabilities, which would improve the physical, psychological and social development and sustainable utilization of motor skills and habits. Overall, the program must accumulate and create a positive effect that will improve the lives of disadvantaged people. In the training and education of people with intellectual disabilities to use specific methods, tools and organization of work tailored to the individual characteristics of each one.
