Резюме: This thesis is studying the problem of supporting decisions about choosing the right set of ICT tools and methods in order to solve specific learning goals. It is based on the approach related to intelligent adaptive e-learning systems. The main goal is to support the professional development of teachers by training them how best to apply ICY in their teaching. As a possible solution to this goal, decision support system is designed and implemented. This system helps designers and educators to design teacher training programs, related to the best use of ICT in education. The main results: - The process of designing ICT teacher trainings is analysed. The key components in this process are identified and their main characteristics are shown. The main relations and dependencies between these characteristics are identified and described. - Different knowledge representation schemes were analysed in order to choose one fitting well to the domain ot ICT teacher training. The fuzzy logic model was choosen and used to describe the abstract model of the ICT teacher training including components, characteristics and their relations. This abstract model was applied to describe four different training designs. - An adaptive expert system was developed to support decisions of training designers, based on the abstract model.
