Резюме: Object of the dissertation study is educational-cognitive activity of the students in the process of implementation of structural and functional models of didactic game in the learning process of biochemical educational content in high school ( 5,9,11 classes) and in university ( 1-3 year). The creation of a modal algorithm for the elaboration and realization of didactic games in the process of education, in the basis of witch are developed a group of didactic games, adapted according to a specific curriculum and the age characteristics of the students, applicable in the educational process of Biology and health education in high school and Biochemistry in the University. A didactic experiment has been held with the purpose of tracing the effectiveness of the didactic games for easing up the absorption of the hard, highly theoretical material. The outcome of the experiment, that the optimal didactic games for the corresponding age are extremely suitable and very well accepted for a learning process, not only for the students of high schools and middle schools but as well as students from the university. The integration of didactic in the pedagogic practice leads to increase of the amount, quality and duration of knowledge, on the background of the positive emotional charge in the learning curve. The increase in memorization of knowledge proofs that the information memorized becomes from short term to long term knowledge in the minds of the students, which gives us reason to accept the conclusion for the benefits of the didactic games for perfecting of the cognitive skills of the students.
