Common conceptual framework applied in the development of the theme combines four views are : 1. Research and classify all 7787 plot text tasks Bulgarian textbooks in mathematics from 1945 to date ; 2 . Study and classification of 2102 plot text tasks of modern math textbooks for primary grades - German , Italian, U.S. , Greek and Serbian ; 3 . Study ( survey ) the views of 191 primary school teachers Bulgarian acting on the thematic diversity of story- text tasks in current math textbooks for primary grades ; 4 . Study ( survey ) the interests , needs and attitudes of the value 1392 Bulgarian students from elementary school in a longitudinal (20- year) and cross-sectional ( 2001 ) research. At the intersection of these studies is situated authors discourse - theoretical and applied model of thematic diversity of tasks for text books for elementary school mathematics.
