Резюме: This dissertation presents a new systematic approach for deploying agile software development (ASD) - the SuperEgo approach to Agile Deployment (SEAD). SEAD addresses an important topic in the academic and industrial communities related to the need of structured, repeatable processes for deploying ASD. What differentiates SEAD is its primary focus on organizational values. This is motivated by the great importance cultural compatibility (or the presence of organizational beliefs/attitudes/values similar to those manifested in the ASD) has to the successful deployment of agile methods and techniques, and the lack of approach which takes this into consideration. SEAD is further validated through a controlled experiment. Compared to the intuitive (or ad-hoc) approach, SEAD has led to a greater positive effect on the values of the targeted organization, better implementation of (and greater adherence to) the deployed agile methods and techniques and higher acceptance of ASD. In addition to SEAD, the dissertation also presents: (1) a new definition and taxonomy of organizational values; (2) a new organizational classification technique which measures how strong the value system of the organization is (incl. a new organizational metaphor - "organization as psyche"); (3) a number of new techniques for strengthening and enhancing the value system of the organization; and (4) a new formalism to assess the impact of ASD on the values of the organization (based on recent empirical evidence on the effects of ASD on various corporate indicators).
