Colorectal cancer is a leader in spreading and the mortality rate. The multidisciplinary approach, based on radical surgery procedures, is essential for its treatment. They come with a high risk of intraoperative and early postoperative complications. In order to limit these complications, all contemporary resources for diagnostics, staging and preoperative preparation, as well as surgical techniques and care in the postoperative period, play an important role. All of them represent timely prevention of complications. |
