The PhD Thesis is focused on researches in the field of the analytic tradition of the 20th century, characterized by a turn of interest to ordinary language in practice and the related logical problematic. The main purpose is, based on Wittgensteins studies, to explore the effect this turn has on the humanitarian and sociological science. That way the main strategy of the study is neither only reconstruction and clarification of Wittgensteins own problematization of philosophy nor a critical analysis of his influence over logical positivism, over analytical philosophy and over others philosophical areas. It also contains a possibility to think about the problematic field, defined between Wittgenstein and analytic authors like Peter Strawson and John Austin, as well as between him and authors more or less strangers to analytic tradition. Such authors are the ethnomethodologists like Harold Garfinkel, Jeff Coulter, Harvey Sacks and authors like Pierre Bourdieu and Jean-Francois Lyotard, which all have post Wittgensteins praxeological sense for the problems of the philosophy after the turn to ordinary language in practice. This is at the same time an attempt to keep the idea of language games with the necessary amendments, and to design a "toolbox" for identification and philosophical analysis of these problems. Their research is what makes possible the more detailed disclosure of the perspective of the language games of legitimation in the last part of the PhD Thesis.
