The dissertation explores the relationship between transformational, transactional and laissez-faire leadership styles, on one hand, and the five time orientations (Past Positive, Past Negative, Present Hedonistic, Present Fatalistic, Future), on the other hand. Special attention is focused on the existing correlations and predictors of leadership styles. Because of the deep exploration of the two constructs (leadership styles and time orientations) gender differences, age differences and correlations between the two constructs and the Big Five personality traits are studied. |
