Football is available for every age and gender and is defined as a sport with a complete appearance of motor skills. The complexity of football is a topic that concerns the preparation of female student teams in universities. The specificity of female football, further increases the difficulty of managing the training process. Based on the above, we have formulated our working hypothesis: We assumed that using our training model, the level of physical and technical-tactical training of female students studying football will increase. Main purpose of the study: To increase the efficiency of football training for footballers by creating and introducing a comprehensive training method for women in universities. Main Conclusions: 1. The survey shows that the female students from training groups in these three forms of education: in specialised training groups, sports improvement groups or optional groups for football at the universities, need and would benefit from creation of new and modernised complex training programs intended to be used in the course of their training and preparation. These programs are to be used as guides for all football teachers who work with female students in Bulgarian universities. 2. The developed assessment standards for physical and technical skills can be used as entry selection test or female students’football team.
