Резюме: The need for increasingly effective and safe prophylactic vaccines against various infectious diseases is the main motive for the development of new adjuvant systems. The only inorganic immunological adjuvants used in modern profilactic vaccines are based on aluminum hydroxide (AH) and phosphate (AP), The known isomorphism in some Al(III) and Fe(III) compounds suggests the possibility of producing Fe(III)-containing analogs of Al(III)-containing adjuvants. From the available literature (mainly patents), only a few ferric hydroxide production procedures and one patent for the preparation of a ferriphosphate adjuvant are known. Our preliminary studies, however, have shown problems with the reproducibility of the characteristics of this ferriphosphate adjuvant, which is an additional reason for a more detailed study of the possibilities for obtaining. The aim of this dissertation is to present the preparation and characterization of new gel suspensions containing nanostructured Fe(III) hydroxyphosphates of different composition and certain target characteristics (specific ultrastructure and dimensions, sterility, aging stability, reproducibility, good antigen adsorption) which are a required for their potential use as vaccine adjuvants. Immunological and toxicological tests of the materials obtained are not subject to the present dissertation.
