The study is dedicated to the aggression in the parliamentary speech of Bulgaria and Ukraine. An overview of the theory related to aggressive speech and behavior, language and politics is made. The causes of manifestations of language aggression, the ways in which it is expressed, and the common and different features of language aggression in Bulgaria and Ukraine are considered. There are three types of strategies of language aggression - scandal, provocation and manipulation. The object and addressee of language aggression are formulated. The term "subordinate language syndrome" is formulated as one of the reasons for the manifestation of language aggression. The electoral attitudes towards the manifestations of language aggression on the part of politicians are being studied. |
