In the first part of the dissertation, there were considered the main theoretical constructs related to social inclusion and exclusion of people with mental disorders; prevention of social exclusion; social support and psychosocial rehabilitation; mental health promotion; prevention of stigma and discrimination; the role of the clinical social worker when working in a group of people with mental disorders. The second part of the dissertation was devoted to the description and analysis of leading world models for psychosocial rehabilitation in people with mental disorders. The third chapter contains an empirical study of the state of social exclusion in our country. Three groups of people were studied - people with mental disorders (90 people), experts (social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, psychotherapists, teachers - 32 people), expert evaluators of the model (10 specialists). Three standardized tools were applied - "Multidimensional scale for perception of social support - MSPSS" by D. Zimet; author's modification of the Scale for Discrimination and Stigma - DISC-12 and Multi-factor personality questionnaire Mini-Mult. An additional author's questionnaire for people with mental disorders was prepared, as well as a card for a structured interview for mental health professionals and a card for expert evaluation of the created model for the experts. |
