The dissertation examines the application of the supervision process in the social-pedagogical work for children and young people with disabilities. As a based on more specific analysis of the scientific literature, which has an applied character for supervision, a framework for supervision in a social pedagogical situation is derived and an algorithm for action is described. This theoretically flexible and adaptable model has been tested over specially selected group. The results of the approbation process unequivocally indicate an effective direction of application of the model for social-pedagogical specialists who work with children and young people with disabilities. As a result of the used mathematical-statistical operations, the efficiency and existence of the model are indisputably argued. The contributions of the research are contained in the recommendations, which are based on the conclusions. The dissertation itself is a small, but safe and stable step for a unified solution of the diverse in nature and level problems of those working in the social and educational spheres, where children and young people with disabilities are present.
