Резюме: After WWII, world went through two development stages. Currently, it is at the beginning of complex geo-strategic transformation in already changed geo-economic environment. The existing ideological and political divisions and relations are in a reversal mood, too. Classic center-periphery is changing. China and India are more clearly declaring themselves as new geo-actors, followed by Indonesia and Vietnam. Japan assumes a special role: world economic power of little global political influence. Till the middle of the 2nd decade of the 21st c., complex studies of these societies and communication with them were absent in Bulgaria. This is the first, innovative one. Its goals are twofold: to theoretically model the new research field of international communication; to analyze key traditions with which the region enters the 21st c. Not only to describe communication dynamics and build its current (mass) media image, but also to get to know and understand processes and tendencies which, due to their behaviors, these countries introduce to the global communication system, and enforce in it; how, changing themselves, they change social-stratification structure of entire society, transform stereotyped age-old images. This innovative Model of geocommunication is ground on three main pillars: socio-technological, cultural and image, entitled Geocommunication - a new theoretical model of international communication.
