The thesis considers psychological measurement and assessment in the context of integrative education of kids with special educational needs in general educational institutions. Legal and institutional framework is presented, the key procedures, standards and instruments for psychological assessment have been analysed. Based on the literature review of dynamic assessment models used globally a conceptualization of five basic orientations is provided: target adequacy, inter-subjectivity, client-orientcd variativity, professional competence and multi-disciplinary team-work. The current practice of psychological assessment of kids with special educational needs is evaluated against these five basic orientations. 2014 surevy results on awareness, attitudes and needs of stakeholders (specialists, teachers, parents) of the kids integration process are analysed. Key problematic areas have been identified together with recomendations towards dynamisation of the model. |
